If you have tried hard to change and the same patterns keep returning, there is usually a reason. Many people I work with feel stuck in relationships, become emotionally overwhelmed without knowing why, or notice their body reacting before their mind can make sense of it. Some have been told they are overreacting or too sensitive and have learned to doubt their own experience.

These experiences are often rooted in complex or developmental trauma, including emotional neglect or omission trauma. They can show up as anxiety, shame, low mood, numbness, dissociation, or parts of the self that developed to survive unsafe or overwhelming environments.

I specialise in complex trauma, including Complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, and long-standing attachment trauma. My work is relational, carefully paced, and trauma-informed. We begin by building safety and stabilisation, then map the patterns and protective strategies that keep repeating. When appropriate, we process traumatic material in a structured way, always guided by your nervous system.

The aim is not to force change, but to create enough internal safety for change to become possible.
