Description
I have been a traumatolgist for over 25 years and over this time I have expanded my approach and seek to advance thinking in the field through my research (focuses on attachment, trauma and dissociation) and training professionals in the treatement of complex trauma and dissociation.
I am the clinical director for two large teams of psychologists and psychotherapists delivering advanced trauma focused treatments.
I have a clinic in Glasgow Scotland where I offer appointments for those with CPTSD and DIssociative Disorders.
My approach has at its foundation the 'therapeutic relationship' and this area is of particular interest to me and therefore I support the work of the Bowlby Centre in London as a director of the charity.
