Description

Hi, I’m Bee, a Clinical Psychologist supporting adults and couples to heal from trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters, even in life’s hardest seasons.

I work with complex trauma including relational trauma, childhood emotional neglect, and invalidating early environments, as well as grief and loss, perinatal mental health (fertility challenges, birth trauma, postnatal distress), chronic health conditions, and intergenerational or cross-cultural stress.

I also offer attachment-informed trauma intensives, providing short-term, focused trauma treatment for clients wanting deeper processing in a more concentrated format. My approach draws from EMDR, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parts-work, tailored to your needs with practical strategies for lasting change.

Sessions are available in person and via telehealth across Sydney, interstate, and internationally. I was born and raised in Malaysia and speak Mandarin and several Asian dialects, and I am committed to inclusive therapy that respects culture, family, spirituality, and community context.
