If you are worried about your child’s emotions or behaviour, and you feel unsure what is driving it, you are not alone. Many families come to me when big feelings, anxiety, shutdown, anger, school stress, or repeated conflict at home have started to take over.

I support children and families with anxiety, emotion regulation, attachment difficulties, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), and complex stress or trauma. My focus is helping your child feel safer in their body and emotions, and helping you feel clearer and more supported as a parent.

Therapy is developmentally appropriate and play-based. Children often communicate through play, not paragraphs. We use play, stories, and creative methods to make sense of what is happening underneath the behaviour. I draw on Schema Therapy for Children and Adolescents, EMDR (including parent child attachment EMDR), and evidence-based tools such as CBT, sandplay, and symbol work.

I also offer attachment-informed parenting support, including Circle of Security, and can collaborate with schools when helpful so the adults around your child are aligned.
