As you are reading this, it is likely that life has been demanding for a while. You have managed to hold it all together at work and at home, although you are not sure how much longer you can go on.
Nobody sees that your thoughts never stop and always create the worst case scenario. Or how difficult it is to motivate yourself to face another day. How you can go from feeling ok to absolutely not ok in seconds and calming down is exhausting and slow. How feelings can hit too hard and too fast and the fear of rejection never fully leaves you.

Maybe you have had some tough life events , leaving you feeling lost and confused and questioning why you are not over it yet. Or maybe stress is ongoing and you are wondering if it ever ends and if life will ever be normal again.

People say they don't know how you do it. and neither do you. All you know is that even the simplest thing takes all the effort and that you have had enough of carrying it all.

And you decide that it’s time for therapy. Over your time in therapy you notice your thoughts slowing and not creating a catastrophe in your head every single day. The motivation is returning and there are even glimmers of joy. Your emotions, which used to be like white water rafting, are now more alike a gentle rowing boat.

Therapy with me is a space you don't need to pretend and where all emotions are welcome. My approach is warm, safe and grounded and you set the pace. If you are not sure where to start, that’s OK too. We will work it out together.

I work from the principles of Cognitive behavioural therapy – CBT. Together we explore with kindness and curiosity how your thoughts and behaviour are making you to repeat the same patterns and how you can make a change. If required, we can include a therapeutic music programme called safe and Sound Protocol, which will help to regulate your emotions and calm your nervous system.
