I am a registered Integrative Psychotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience, based on Waiheke Island, New Zealand.
In New Zealand I offer EMDR therapy and EMDR intensives in person and online — designed for focused, rapid healing from trauma and emotional distress. I also offer EMDR and intensives at international locations by invitation only, and work with individuals internationally online.
Having personally travelled and worked internationally, I enjoy working cross-culturally with awareness and sensitivity. My experience spans a wide range of ethnicities, religions, spiritualities, cultures, and presenting issues. Alongside EMDR, I draw on a broad range of approaches — including self-compassion, behavioural therapies, natural health, and mind-body work — tailored to each person and what they bring.
I am registered with PBANZ, a member of APANZ, EMDR-Certified through EMDRAA, an ACC registered trauma therapist and supervisor and a Master NLP Coach. I am committed to ongoing professional development, with recent advanced trainings in attachment-informed EMDR and transpersonal EMDR.
