Description

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and the
founder of Samadhi Healing Collective in Buffalo, New York. For eighteen years
I've worked with complex trauma, and for sixteen of those years continuously
with dissociative disorders — Dissociative Identity Disorder, OSDD, and the
complex dissociative presentations that often go unrecognized for decades.

My current practice is devoted to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy: in person in
Buffalo and by telehealth for clients in Pennsylvania. We are a psychotherapy
practice, not an infusion clinic. Every course of treatment is built around
preparation, therapist-accompanied dosing, and real integration work, and I
bring EMDR, internal family therapy and ego state work, attachment repair,
somatic awareness, and contemplative practice into that frame depending on
what the person in front of me needs.

Buddhist practice is the through-line in how I work. Trauma treatment is
paced, phase-oriented, and collaborative — I'm not interested in pushing
anyone through material faster than their system can hold. I take seriously
that people are the authority on their own inner experience, and I work with
dissociative systems as systems, not as symptoms to be eliminated.

Alongside clinical work I consult to other clinicians on dissociation and on
integrating psychedelic-assisted work with phase-oriented trauma treatment,
teach a monthly national continuing education series, and write on the
treatment of DID. I'm currently accepting new clients for ketamine-assisted
psychotherapy.
