Hi, I’m Ivana, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I’ve lived the full expat cycle myself: relocation, reinvention, repatriation, and everything in between. I draw on nearly ten years of international work across the MENA region and beyond, and I also train and supervise clinicians and work as a cultural mediator. 
My practice is trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence‑based. I work with people whose sense of identity and belonging has been shaken by migration or cultural transition, with a focus on complex trauma, developmental trauma, and attachment wounds. I offer practical tools for navigating difficult feelings, setting boundaries, and shifting patterns that no longer serve you, all tailored to your pace and needs.
