I work with adults who are dealing with old material that is surfacing now - childhood trauma, attachment patterns that no longer hold, body symptoms with no medical explanation, identity work, and the pain that resists cognitive  approaches alone.
My approach is trauma-informed and nervous-system-led: EMDR, schema therapy, polyvagal theory, ACT, and attachment-focused work.
